Human Rights & Workplace Investigator

Ros Salvador

Impartial investigations centering dignity, fairness, accuracy.

I am a trauma-informed and highly sensitive human rights and workplace investigator with a deep commitment to fair and accurate investigations.

A defining feature of my investigations practice is my exceptional issue identification ability, applying the law and policy with striking clarity to real situations, producing a deeper and more fulsome assessment.

My ability to conduct thorough investigations with in-depth, multifaceted analyses has developed through fifteen years working in the human rights field, over a decade practicing law, and my lived experience with intersectional identities.

My past work advocating on both sides of the investigation process means I have firsthand understanding of the implications to both complainants and respondents of unfair or insensitive processes and inaccurate findings.

Investigation Services:

 Human Rights and Workplace Investigations

I offer fair, thorough, impartial and trauma-informed investigations and threshold assessments, informed by a deep understanding and analysis, human rights and legal expertise, investigation experience, and advanced training.

  Investigation Support/Review

I offer consultations to provide guidance to other investigators and review of draft investigation reports. This role evolved naturally through colleagues seeking out my expertise to ensure a full and accurate analysis of complex issues related to race, gender identity and disability, and I have supported experienced leaders in the field to deepen and broaden their approach and ability to sensitively engage in investigations.
